The new urban Jewish oasis in the heart of Portland is YOUR home! A place to warm your heart & soul. Be embraced by the love, connection and hug of the Jewish home, touching one person at a time.
It's been a over a year since the fire and act of destruction that destroyed Everything Jewish. It’s now time to close the circle. A property in Pearl District has been purchased. This phase of fundraising will turn the empty shell into a Jewish Oasis! An informal and welcoming environment to drop in for a coffee and nosh, have a chat with the Rabbi, purchase a mezuzah for your home, take a break in our library or enjoy moments of quiet focus in our co-working space.
With YOUR participation, the Jewish Oasis will be able to open its doors and welcome all people to a place that is filled with Jewish tradition and culture - to nourish mind, body and spirit.
We are counting on YOU!
Every contribution up to $50,000 will be matched by Jim Arroyo in memory of his wife Carol. This means, every $1 you donate will be worth $2 to Chabad House!
